# TidyCard — Privacy

updated:2026-09-21 scope:on-device only tldr:TidyCard does not collect, transmit or share any personal information. There is no account, no sign-in and no server. contact:[email protected]

// TidyCard is an offline workout builder and interval timer: you stack exercise cards into a deck, save it as a routine, and the app runs the work and rest intervals for you.

[01] Information collected // inputs

None. The app has no analytics, advertising, crash reporting or telemetry, and nothing you enter is sent anywhere.

[02] Local storage // on-device

Kept in OS-level local storage on your device, never uploaded:

  • Routines: deck name, colour, number of laps, and the work and rest seconds of every exercise card you add.
  • Workout history: for each finished workout, the routine name, when it ended, seconds spent working, cards completed, and the estimated energy figure the app works out from those numbers.
  • Profile: the display name you type (“Dealer” until you change it) and the card colour you pick.
  • Preferences: on-deck countdown, default work and rest lengths, minutes-per-week goal, auto-advance, form cues and the still-backdrop option.
  • Badges: which badges you have already seen unlock.

Uninstalling the app deletes every byte.

[03] Permissions // runtime

None. TidyCard asks for no runtime permissions, and the release build declares no Android permissions: no internet, storage, notifications, camera, location or motion sensors. (Development builds include INTERNET for Flutter's debugging tools; that declaration is not in the published app.)

[04] Network // egress

None. The app is fully offline, with no networking code and no HTTP client, and it never opens a connection. It works the same in airplane mode.

[05] Third parties // vendors

None integrated. The only bundled libraries are open-source Flutter packages: sqflite for local storage, provider, fl_chart, confetti, intl, collection, and share_plus for the system share sheet. The Share button hands a short line of text to your device's share sheet. After that, the app you choose (and its privacy policy) takes over, and TidyCard receives nothing back.

[06] Children // coppa/gdpr-k

TidyCard collects nothing from anyone, children included. It is not directed at children under 13 and holds no personal data that could be gathered, stored off-device or shared.

[07] Your rights // you

Everything is local. You can clear your workout history in Settings → Data → Clear session history, and delete routines from the Routines tab. Uninstalling the app removes the database and every preference, and no copy exists anywhere else.

[08] Changes // changelog

If this policy changes, the updated field at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes are also noted in the app's release notes.
